Base pay range

$25.09/hr - $35.84/hr

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team! This is a remote position.

Duties:

• Collaborate with the Investment team to track and maintain a detailed pipeline of all active investment opportunities.
• Ensure timely updates and communication regarding the status of ongoing deals and investment activities.
• Work closely with the finance team to support quarterly financial reporting processes related to portfolio companies.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data from portfolio companies.
• Help coordinate cross-functional efforts between investment and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, finance, investment support, or a related field.
• Experience using Sales Cloud, specifically for updating and maintaining data.
• Familiarity or prior exposure to private equity or investment firm environments.
• Comfortable interfacing with executives and senior stakeholders in a professional setting.
• Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP).
• 401K offered.

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.09 and $35.84. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
