People Insights Lead (Qualtrics)

Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a People Insights Specialist to own programs that monitor Hagerty's relationship with employees, members, partners and enthusiasts, and their perceptions of our brand, products and services.

You'll be the team's hands-on owner of our experience management platform (currently Qualtrics), managing a recurring set of platform work, uploading contact lists, programming studies, building dashboards and providing project support across the team's broader research agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in research, insights or project management.
• Experience with Qualtrics or a comparable survey/feedback platform is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills including writing and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Hagerty's experience management platform (Qualtrics).
• Program surveys and instruments, including logic, routing, and design.
• Upload contact lists and deploy surveys to the right audience at the right time.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics and insights.
• Create video feedback reels and other outputs to bring research to life.
• Identify improvements to survey design, deployment and reporting processes.
