Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a People Insights Specialist to own the Experience Management program, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for employees, members, partners, and enthusiasts.

You will manage surveys, upload contact lists, and present findings to stakeholders while collaborating with analytics, partnerships, and corporate communications to advance research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Strategy, CX or Insights or equivalent experience.
• Experience in research, insights, project management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics or similar survey/feedback platform is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the experience management platform (Qualtrics).
• Program surveys, deploy to audiences, and design logic and routing.
• Build and maintain dashboards; write and present findings to stakeholders.
