Job summary

Qualtrics seeks an Engagement Delivery Team Lead for Employee Experience Delivery Data Integration to guide a team of Data Specialists and Mapping Specialists. You will ensure accurate HRIS data integrations, organizational hierarchy mappings, and timely client reporting, while developing team capabilities and guiding workload priorities.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, data-structure expertise, and a passion for mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in client data management, HR data integration, and organizational hierarchy mapping.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and coordinating team workloads.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead Specialists with daily direction and onboarding.
• Deliver data integration and mapping for client projects.
• Lead process improvements and set SOPs.
• Resolve client and technical escalations with cross-functional partners.
• Support rollouts and product changes with testing and training.
