Topcon Positioning Group is seeking an HR Representative to support a variety of human resources initiatives and serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and applicants through hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.

This role emphasizes data integrity across HR systems, payroll coordination with the US team, and employee relations support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Prefer at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with careful attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities from job analysis to candidate selection with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities including HRIS data entry.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and coordinate payroll auditing with US payroll team.
• Handle employee inquiries on policy, payroll, and HR matters with a focus on timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local posting requirements and leave programs.
• Support local employee communications and engagement initiatives and participate in safety and wellness committees.
