Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: coordinate talent acquisition activities with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Onboarding & offboarding: manage onboarding/offboarding activities and HRIS entries.
• Payroll and HRIS: maintain employee data in HRIS; bi-weekly payroll auditing and adjustments with US payroll team.
• Employee relations: be first point of contact for HR inquiries; assist in resolving issues.
• Compliance: ensure postings and leave programs comply with FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, LTD, etc.
• Communication and local engagement: coordinate communications; participate in Safety and Wellness committees.
