Qualifications

• 2+ years HR/payroll administration experience.
• 1+ year recruitment/retention experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and wage-hour regulations.
• Payroll processing knowledge; Lawson/ADP/PeopleNet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR and payroll processing functions across benefits, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment, labor relations, and compliance.
• Maintain personnel files per company standards and federal/state guidelines.
• Provide information and consultation on employment issues and HR policies.
• Assist department heads with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
• Design and implement care center recruitment and retention programs.
• Process payroll and benefits on scheduled basis; respond to inquiries; reconcile labor data.
