The role requires travel to multiple facilities and a focus on high employee engagement. Responsibilities include leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy implementation, while partnering with leadership to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations across multiple skilled nursing and care centers.
• Provide leadership and development to facility management teams and HR coordinators with travel.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives across locations.
