A Place At Home – Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking a compassionate People Coordinator to lead the Human Resources functions for the Hot Springs office. This full-time, in-office role supports recruitment, onboarding, training, documentation, and employee relations while upholding company policies and compliance.

You’ll partner with office leadership to foster a positive culture, manage performance processes, and coordinate after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, interview, and onboard office staff and caregivers.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain employment records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files and employment documentation.
• Support employee relations, coaching, performance management, and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Manage Workers' Compensation claims, return-to-work coordination, and workplace safety documentation.
• Partner with office leadership to promote a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
