Chick-fil-A NorthPark Center is seeking a Talent & Training Director to lead talent management, team development, and training initiatives. The role partners with leadership to attract, equip, and retain top talent, ensuring a culture rooted in core values and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development, with responsibilities spanning culture, performance, and administration to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in talent management, training, or team development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and embody the Fun | Respect | Excellence | Stewardship | Honesty core values.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented with a passion for servant leadership.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance team member experience and engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for new team members.
• Design, deliver, and monitor training programs for new hires and current staff.
• Support FOH and BOH leadership to maintain operational excellence.
• Track performance and retention through structured check-ins and feedback processes.
• Maintain HR records and facilitate leadership meetings to align goals and culture initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support operations.
