Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on hiring efforts and lead interviews, onboarding new team members.
• Design, deliver, and monitor training programs for new hires and current team members.
• Evaluate trainers and training effectiveness to ensure Pathway training and standards are met.
• Lead leadership development initiatives and build a pipeline of high-performing talent.
• Support operations during busy periods when needed.
• Monitor performance, guest experience, and adherence to standards.
