• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and build recruiting pipelines.
• Track hiring metrics and address staffing challenges.
• Maintain compliant job postings.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain personnel records and HRIS data.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Monitor credentials and required trainings.
• Ensure audit-ready HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and workforce support.
