Paybox Corp in Tempe, AZ is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to support our onsite teams in Tempe and Avondale. You will handle local hourly production recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and performance management in a dynamic production environment.

The role emphasizes partnering with managers, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving engagement and safety programs across two AZ sites. Salary range $65,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and partner with managers to deliver HR services aligned to goals.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on policies and benefits.
• Support policy development and enforcement.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support health and safety programs with the operations team.
• Assist with workforce planning and HR projects.
