Job summary

Golf Galaxy is seeking a passionate, people-first store leader to oversee store operations in their area. You will directly manage teammates in the Operations, Front End, and related areas, ensuring brand standards and customer service expectations are met.

Responsibilities include enforcing cash handling, payroll and scheduling, improving the customer experience at the Front End, and guiding hiring, onboarding, training, and performance discussions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages teammates in Operations and Front End, with dotted line for other areas as Head Coach.
• Ensures compliance with operational guidelines, brand standards, and customer service expectations.
• Drives the customer experience at the Front End and oversees payroll/scheduling to meet budget.
• Supports hiring, onboarding, training, and performance conversations.
