Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate varies by location, experience and position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping.
• Uphold merchandising, floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory replenishment.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales and private label card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store.
