The General Sales Manager will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, monitor performance, and foster a positive, results-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail management experience required.
• Golf sales/service preferred.
• Technical skills in club repair & fitting preferred.
• World-class customer service skill and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and performance analysis.
• Recruit, interview, and hire across the store and develop a high-performing team.
• Schedule and manage payroll to meet financial plans and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain Golf Galaxy merchandising standards and store appearance.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve KPIs, handle escalations, and drive shrink control and loss prevention.
