Joe & the Juice is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure top performance, and lead the team when the Manager is away. You will drive guest experiences, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and help optimize inventory and COGS while contributing to store growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position overseeing teams and daily store operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative culture.
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term management career.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team in line with company values and operational principles.
• Coach and train staff to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Lead with integrity and align actions with company principles.
• Drive guest-first experiences and maintain strong guest relationships in the local community.
• Ensure hygiene, health, safety, and brand standards comply with company guidelines.
• Assist in stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering to optimize COGS.
• Support sales growth and store profitability while monitoring KPIs.
