Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Palo Alto to support the Store Manager in daily operations and deliver best-in-class guest experiences.

You will lead a team, ensure hygiene and safety, and drive sales while upholding the company's virtues of positive attitude and inclusion.

This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow across roles and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being a part of a team of +10 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to become a people-centric leader.

Responsibilities

• Operational supervision and ensuring a safe, hygienic store environment.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback and training.
• Maintain a guest-first approach to build strong guest relations and loyalty.
• Support in driving sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
