Job summary

Krispy Kreme in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to create a WOW experience for customers and manage shop operations.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, coach for performance, and uphold product knowledge and promotional activities while ensuring cash handling and inventory controls are accurate. Long-term goal is to grow to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in food service or retail.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a customer-focused team through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training, onboarding, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting, including cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure equipment, POS and other resources are operational.
• Maintain shop sanitation and provide exceptional customer service.
