Krispy Kreme is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to deliver a WOW experience for customers and drive shop performance in our Westworth Village location. You will coach a team, oversee staffing, promotions, and in-shop financials, while upholding a welcoming culture and top-tier service.

You will also mentor staff toward advancement to General Manager, reinforce product knowledge, and ensure smooth daily operations and sanitation across the shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in food service or retail.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Travel 0–10%.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of customer-focused employees.
• Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution of team members.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions, including cash handling, reporting, deposits, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational (production equipment, POS, drive-thru).
• Maintain a high level of shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
