The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years in food service or retail, 2+ years in management, and 18+ eligibility to work in the US. You will handle hiring, training, cash handling, inventory, and ensure clean, welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in food service or retail.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over; US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions: cash handling, reporting, deposits, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment, POS, drive-thru and other shop resources are operational.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture welcoming all guests.
