Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ohio to lead a team, welcome customers, and promote our baby essentials across store and digital channels. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and grow a high-performing team while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for families and staff.

You will work to meet sales goals, support merchandising standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Comfort with using common software tools and delivering customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success and model service standards across omnichannel experiences.
• Analyze business performance and drive KPIs with the team to improve results.
