Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll administration, and adherence to budgets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervise service at registers and service desks.
