Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead all store operations, supervise associates, and ensure superior customer service.

You will drive performance, scheduling, and compliance, while upholding Ross standards and brand in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 2+ years in store leadership, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and strong math and people skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates during store operations.
• Lead in scheduling and payroll related activities to align with budget.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Ross brand.
