Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front- and back-of-house operations, coaching the team to deliver the warmth and hospitality our guests expect. You’ll manage inventory, set the example for service excellence, and ensure a smooth operation across busy shifts.

You will thrive if you value people-first leadership, stay calm under pressure, and have 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and people-first approach.
• Experience overseeing front- and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to meet service standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure cost controls are followed.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with Cracker Barrel’s standards.
