Job summary

Cracker Barrel is looking for a Restaurant Associate Manager who will blend people leadership with daily restaurant oversight. You’ll ensure guest and employee experiences are outstanding while steering store performance, with home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis to help you succeed.

You’ll lead front- and back-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold Cracker Barrel’s hospitality standards, with opportunities for growth and development across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
