Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering great guest and team experiences while driving business results. You’ll manage front- and back-of-house tasks with strong support from our home office to help you succeed.

This role requires 2+ years in restaurant management, a willingness to work 50 hours weekly, including holidays, and a firm commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Leverage home office support to succeed in daily duties.
