Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Associate Manager to lead daily operations and mentor team members. You’ll deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences while driving business results in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house duties, schedule staff, ensure safety and hospitality standards, and collaborate with leadership to promote growth and development across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• You’ll execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities, with home office support available on a 24/7 basis.
