Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage front- and back-of-house duties, coach your team, and drive business results with home office support available on a 24/7 basis. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, a willingness to commit to five 10-hour shifts per week, weekend/holiday availability, a caring hospitality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
