Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with solid store operations. You will oversee front- and back-of-house responsibilities to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

With home office support available 24/7, you will have the resources to succeed, while upholding Cracker Barrel’s warmth and hospitality across the team and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store front- and back-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily service.
