Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead guest and team experiences while driving store results.

As a people-focused leader, you will execute all store operations (front- and back-of-house) with Home Office support provided 24/7 to help you succeed. The role requires commitment to hospitality, flexibility for long weeks, and a drive to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Work with home office support on a 24/7 basis to succeed
