Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest and team experiences and driving business results.

You will manage front- and back-of-house duties with 24/7 home office support, enabling a successful hospitality-led store environment and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• You’ll execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities, with home office support available on a 24/7 basis.
