Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager who blends people leadership with restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

The role emphasizes leading a team in a full-service setting, with support from the home office to help you succeed. You’ll manage front- and back-of-house duties and work a schedule centered on peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.
