Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend your passion for people with restaurant management skills to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

You will lead both front- and back-of-house operations, with home office support available 24/7 to help you succeed, grow, and contribute to Cracker Barrel's hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver's license
