Qualifications
- Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Must be available for early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
- Non-exempt position; minimum 50 hours per week.
- ServeSafe Certification required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
