Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead and inspire restaurant teams while delivering outstanding guest and employee experiences. You will drive store performance, manage front- and back-of-house operations, and collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a commitment to hospitality, full-time availability for five 10-hour shifts per week, and the ability to work holidays and weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house duties.
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Coordinate with home office support as needed.
