Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations and drive guest satisfaction across our stores in the United States.

You’ll combine people leadership with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and solid business results. A strong hospitality mindset and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
