Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and to lead a high-performing team in Michigan. The role focuses on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience while upholding our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

This non-exempt management position requires a minimum of 50 hours per week, with potential for bonus opportunities and growth within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant or retail experience or a combination of work and education.
• Experience with sales building and customer service.
• Experience managing people and training teams.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure safe, quality food and friendly service.
• Build and lead a strong team, including scheduling and accountability.
• Drive profitability by managing labor, inventory, and costs.
