Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule staff effectively and monitor performance against standards.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and waste to control costs.
• Provide coaching and development to Team Members and Shift Leaders.
