Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

• Partner with GM to plan improvements for guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Review inventory to optimize orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust accordingly.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans for employee needs and audits.
