Job summary

Burger King Omaha is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver high-quality guest experiences. You will train staff, oversee service speed, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders; put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences with top service.
• Balance great guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate the team.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
• Develop shift supervisors for advancement.
• Regularly thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors with feedback and recognition.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean at all times.
• Ensure quality and operational standards are consistently delivered.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to order products efficiently.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and onboarding of new hires.
• Create schedules and manage onboarding and training.
