Job summary

Partners Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to attract, hire, and welcome employees for our growing commercial janitorial team. This role creates a hospitable candidate experience from first interaction through the first day, handling full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and operational coordination across locations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, onboarding, or a people-facing role.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hourly recruiting environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with diverse candidate backgrounds.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline janitorial and operational positions.
Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
Review applications and identify candidates who meet requirements.
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews and hires for frontline roles.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for recurring staffing needs.
Partner with Operations to align staffing with client launches and turnover.
Ensure non-selected candidates are treated professionally.
