Job summary

Performance Plus is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention across multiple offices in Northwest Indiana and Southern Michigan. This full-time role suits someone who enjoys people, coordinating interviews, and helping new employees start strong.

You will work with HR and Operations, post jobs, handle background checks, and track onboarding steps, with travel to offices and events likely. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and email tools.
• ATS experience preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; travel as needed.

What You’ll Do
