Job summary

Partners Commercial Cleaning LLC is seeking a people-centered, highly organized Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to attract, hire, and welcome employees into our growing commercial janitorial organization. This role covers full-cycle recruiting for frontline positions, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a high-volume hourly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, onboarding, hospitality, customer service, or another people-facing role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring follow-up and coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse candidates.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with multiple open positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline janitorial and operational positions.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and identify candidates who meet requirements.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and hire for frontline roles.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment documentation.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth first day at client locations.
• Partner with Operations to align staffing with client launches and turnover.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline for recurring staffing needs.
• Ensure compliant, confidential handling of candidate information.
