Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Tucson to oversee daily property operations, leasing, and resident services. You’ll manage staff, ensure client expectations, and drive occupancy while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include rent collection, budget oversight, marketing efforts, and safety/risk management. A strong focus on customer service, organization, and leadership is required to foster a positive resident experience.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and rent collection.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve goals.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in management agreements.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety and risk management records and plans.
