Job summary

Superior Talent Source is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a scratch-kitchen concept in Columbus, OH. You will build and coach a high-performing culinary team, instill a people-first culture, and set up processes that empower staff and ensure consistent quality.

You’ll lead daily operations, maintain food safety standards, manage costs and inventory, and develop talent through hands-on coaching. This role rewards leadership, accountability, and a passion for excellent food served with pride.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Kitchen Manager or culinary leadership in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Deep passion for food, especially in scratch kitchens and quality-driven execution.
• Strong leadership skills focused on coaching and developing others.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Experience managing costs, inventory, and kitchen systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
