Qualifications

• 3 years of Kitchen Manager or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• A true passion for food, scratch kitchens and quality-driven execution.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing others.
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and kitchen systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a People-First Kitchen and coach a high-performing culinary team.
• Champion scratch food excellence and ensure high standards in every dish.
• Own kitchen operations including prep, line, cleanliness, and organization.
• Develop and train talent with hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Drive food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Manage costs and inventory and optimize ordering and portions.
