Job summary

The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is seeking an HR Assistant – Onboarding Specialist to welcome and support the next generation of professionals, ensuring every new team member feels informed, prepared, and excited to begin their journey with us.

Although based at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health, this role helps support the entire LECOM Health Behavioral Health Service line, coordinating hiring, onboarding, training, and documentation with schools and external partners while

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• OR at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact during the hiring process and move candidates forward.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS from application to start date.
• Ensure all pre-employment and onboarding paperwork is complete.
• Coordinate and facilitate engaging new hire orientations.
• Assist with coordinating staff training and development activities.
• Prepare and distribute employee documentation to partnering school districts and external stakeholders.
• Track clearances and maintain data regarding new hire experiences.
• Manage the agency's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
• Participate in agency committees and contribute to a culture of collaboration and engagement.
