Job summary

The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is seeking an HR Assistant – Onboarding Specialist to welcome and support new colleagues across the Behavioral Health Service line. You’ll ensure new hires feel informed, prepared, and excited to begin, while coordinating orientations and onboarding workflows.

Ideal candidates are organized, people-focused, and proficient with HR systems and MS Office. The role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and meaningful impact in our community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Or minimum 1 year of HR experience; administrative experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact during the hiring process and move candidates forward.
• Track candidate progress from application to start date in the ATS.
• Ensure all pre-employment and onboarding paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and assist with staff training coordination.
• Prepare and distribute employee documents to schools and external stakeholders.
• Manage LMS and provide administrative HR support.
