Qualifications

• Multi-state HR systems experience.
• Experience with HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA across states.
• Modernize HR policies; centralize SOPs and documentation.
• Oversee HR vendor relationships and external partnerships.
